Another U.S. Agent is killed by Mexican criminals who are crossing into our country with firearms, to further their criminal activities.  Having worked on the Mexican border from 1975 until 1981, I know this type of activity is nothing new.  Patrol Officers and Agents have fallen victim to smugglers and Mexican crime groups ever since they have been guarding our borders.  Unfortunately, they have never had the support from the government to handle the job.  If the U.S. government doesn’t “step up” and support our  Patrol Officers and Agents along the Southern Border, we will see the same type of bloody violence in U.S. border towns as experienced in Mexico.  It is time to protect our Agents, Patrol Officers, and our citizens from these murdering groups of bandits.  Now is the time to support the National Guard Border Enforcement Act H.R. 6253.  Contact your Representative and ask them to support H.R. 6253.  Lets show the Mexican government and the crime groups in Mexico we won’t stand idly by while these individuals terrorize our Cities and States.

Marty Kapsh and I have worked together since 1993, when I was transferred to the Port of Tacoma as a U.S. Customs Senior Special Agent. Marty’s expertise in technology, narcotics investigation, and local knowledge, made our collaboration a strong one. We were able to present a strong deterring factor to those who thought they could engage in criminal activity at the Port of Tacoma.  Developing intelligence on those responsible for smuggling goods, narcotics, and weapons, soon expanded and led us to pursue cases at surrounding ports, airports, other states and countries. As a result, we were involved in some of the largest seizures in our area, and elsewhere.

Since 2000 Marty has been a Port of Tacoma, Washington, Port Security Officer. He has continued to expand his knowledge and level of expertise into new areas. Since 2004, Officer Kapsh has been a part time employee of Pierce County Emergency Management’s Training cadre, instructing Federal, Military and local emergency responders in the Incident Command System (ICS), the National Incident Management System (NIMS), awareness level training of Terrorist Response and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).  Since 2009, Officer Kapsh, in working with the Washington State National Guard’s State Partnership Program, has made four training sessions to the Kingdom of Thailand.  This training dealt specifically with the Seaports of Bangkok and Laem Chabang as well as the Airports of Thailand. This training was focused on teaching their Emergency Responders (Royal Thai Police, Thai Marine Police, Thai Port Authority, Fire, Medical Services, Royal Thai Air Force/Army, Thai National Security Council, Thai Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation and local responders). This Thai training focused on teaching a “Thailand” adapted Incident Command System, Port Security, including assisting in Port vulnerability and threat assessments, and issues with Civil Disobedience and Crowd Control, as they relate to their Port environment.

Marty also performs collateral duties as a Training Officer, training  Port Officers in Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC), Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), Under Vehicle Camera inspection System (used to detect IED’s, contraband and other items that could be smuggled into the Port) and the Federal Emergency Management  Administration’s (FEMA)  National Incident Management System/Incident Command System (a standardized national approach for various responders to effectively prepare, prevent, respond and mitigate natural and manmade disasters or crisis). Officer Kapsh is a current member of Pierce County’s Type 3 Incident Management Team.

Jurors deliberated less than two hours and found Navy SEAL Matthew McCabe Not Guilty of the charges against him.

During opening statements in Matthew McCabe’s Court Martial, defense attorney Neal Puckett stated that an oral surgeon would testify that the injuries to Ahmed Hashim Abed could have been self inflicted. Puckett made reference to the “Manchester Manual” aka the Al Qaeda Handbook, which directs captured terrorists to complain of torture and inflict injuries upon themselves.

The military has decided to press on with the Court Martial of Matthew McCabe despite public, and political opinion, in an effort to save face after pursuing such a ridiculous case.  This is a prime example of the waste of tax payers money to fund a witch hunt.

BACKGROUND:

A Navy SEAL team was dispatched to apprehend a terrorist Ahmed Hashim Abed,  who was was allegedly the mastermind behind the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater security guards.   At great peril to themselves, these brave young servicemen went into hostile territory and brought him in alive.  At some point “ALLEGEDLY” one of the YOUNG Navy SEALS punched the prisoner.  Another serviceman made a complaint to his superior, and the SEALs were questioned.  Subsequently, the SEALs were told they would be subjected to a Captain’s Mast, which could have harmed their careers, so they declined it.  The cases were then brought forward under a Court Martial.

FINDINGS:
A military judge  Friday found Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, NOT GUILTY.
Petty Officer 1st Class Julio Huertas, was found NOT GUILTY on Thursday. 

Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew McCabe will be tried May 3, 2010, in Norfolk, Virginia. Please continue to support these three SEALs!!!

At all relevant times described herein, there existed an organization known as the: “HUTAREE”, based in Lenawee County Michigan, which is an anti-government extremist organization which advocates violence against local, state, and Federal law enforcement.

The defendants, DAVID BRIAN STONE, a.k.a. “RD,” a.k.a. “Joe Stonewall,” a.k.a. “Captain Hutaree,” DAVID BRIAN STONE, JR., a.k.a. “Junior,” JOSHUA MATTHEW STONE, a.k.a. “Josh,” TINA MAE STONE, JOSHUA JOHN CLOUGH, a.k.a “Azzurlin,”a.k.a. “Az,” a.k.a. “Mouse,” a.k.a. “Jason Z. Charles,” MICHAEL DAVID MEEKS, a.k.a. “Mikey,” THOMAS WILLIAM PIATEK, KRISTOPHER T. SICKLES, a.k.a. “Pale Horse,” JACOB J. WARD, a.k.a. “Jake,” a.k.a. “Nate,” a.k.a. “Guhighllo,” and others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, are members of the HUTAREE. Some HUTAREE members are identifiable by their tiger stripe camouflage uniforms with a distinct shoulder patch which contains a black cross, two brown vertical pillars which form the letter “H” in combination with the black cross, two red spears, a brown V shape at the base of the cross symbolizing the supporting hands of the HUTAREE, and the initials “CCR.”

The HUTAREE’s enemies include state and local law enforcement, who are deemed “footsoldiers” of the Federal government, Federal law enforcement agencies and employees, participants in the “New World Order,” and anyone who does not share in the HUTAREE’s beliefs. Since at least 2008, the HUTAREE has been meeting regularly to conduct military-style training in Lenawee County, located in the Eastern District of Michigan, and elsewhere. The purpose of this training has been to plan and prepare for the impending war with the HUTAREE’s enemies. As used herein, the term “weapon of mass destruction” has the meaning set forth in Title 18, United States Code, Section 2332a(c)(2), including any destructive device as defined in Title 18, United States Code, Section 921.

Counterfeit cigarettes can be found in most countries and can be passed by smoke stores offering a better price than most everyone else.  The trouble is “You get what you pay for.”  There have been recent seizures around the United States and in Washington state as well.

Her Majesty’s Customs and Revenue in the UK recently raided a house and seized fake tobacco. It was destined to flood the market with counterfeit hand-rolling tobacco.

Cigarettes recently intercepted by the UK Border Agency contained asbestos, rat droppings, human feces, dead flies, mould and insect eggs.

Before buying that next pack of cigarettes you might want to examinie it closely.  Does it have the state tax stamp on it?

The U.S. Marshals Northern California Task Force received information March 18 that a black Chevy Tahoe owned and registered to Jose Valencia-Hernandez, a fugitive wanted out of Vancouver, Wash., for distribution of methamphetamine, possession of firearms, and arson was traveling on the 101 Freeway near Fremont, California.
